So far 2011 has been a good year.  We rang in the new year at the farm, which is right up my alley (calm and quiet).  We celebrated Jackson's birthday on Jan. 4th. with a cookie cake and some friends at ITZ pizza place.  Josh was out of the country so we didn't have a big party, thankfully the Pattersons' were around to join us for some games and cake.  Next, was Josh's birthday!  Nanny and Ooh Daddy took the kiddos for the night so we could go out and enjoy ourselves. We started out with a little get together for Stacy and Josh at Bostons pizza then moved on for some dancing at Whiskey river.  It has been a REALLY long time since I went dancing, but it was fun.  I am so grateful to those who were able to come and celebrate with us.  We stayed in bed til noon the next day, which I am positive I haven't done since I had kids......it was HEAVEN!

I have so many resolutions at the beginning of every New Year,  however I follow through on so few of them.  This blog is a resolution for me this year.  I will make every effort to keep it up to date and really want to share our family chaos with you all.  I enjoy keeping up with several friends and family's blogs,  I am always laughing or ahhhing over all the kiddos pics.  I vow to learn more about this blogging and to keep it short and sweet.  Happy New Year!
